I’m Leanne the owner of Fitness Beyond the Bump,  and mum of 2 boys I support Bolton Wanderers Football Club and  love Sunshine, holidays and chocolate

I started Fitness Beyond the Bump in September 2019 after being made redundant from my Fitness Management role at Nuffield Health after the birth of my 2nd child Noah. Since having my my own children I noticed the lack of support Mums have once they had baby and wanted to be able to provide support and guidance to New Mums Postpartum Fitness Journeys 

I am passionate about Fitness and love being able to share the amazing benefits of postpartum fitness with new mums including stress reductions, improved mood, increased energy, weight loss, muscle restoration, improved sense of well-being and help in the prevention of Postpartum depression
