Buggy Beat is an outdoor cross training class for mum and baby. It’s a combination of cardio and strength training with your pram. There no need for childcare. Getting outdoors is so good for your mental health and well-being - not only are you getting your daily dose of vitamin D but a fantastic workout, socialisation and a feeling of accomplishment when you have finished.

Strong Mama

Strong Mama is a fantastic full body workout that challenges all major muscle groups through weighted exercises – ideal for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, helping you burn those calories whilst gaining strength.

Fitness Pilates 

Perfect for Postpartum Mums the Fitness Pilates approach of using functional movements will help with stretching, strengthening and realigning the body. All workouts are tailored for new mummies, so expect to work those stubborn areas affected by pregnancy and labour, and tone those pesky pelvic floor and abdominals! The session is for all fitness levels and is non-impact core based exercise. 

Mama Bootcamp

Mama Bootcamp is a ladies only group exercise session, held in nature’s gym – our great outdoors!

 

No two sessions are the same, but will contain exercises selected to maximise fat burning.

 

Sessions take place regardless if it’s raining, snowing, blowing a hurricane or if the sun is splitting the trees, so make sure you come prepared.

 

Of course we work hard, but the sessions are very relaxed, friendly and open to ladies of ALL ages, ALL abilities and ALL fitness levels. All exercises can be adapted for individual needs.

Online Classes 

 Wake up Live on Zoom

A 30 minute full body workout class using barbell and/or weights in the comfort of your own home.

A mixture between high and low intensity making it a great all over body workout for muscle endurance, fat loss and muscle tone.

Online 1-2-1

The 1-2-1 home workout programme  is the perfect programme to fit into Mumlife allowing you to work out from home in your own time if you struggle to attend classes or want to do additional sessions.

 

The programme includes 1 30-45 minute session a week designed for you with the equipment you have available as well as introducing 5 daily healthy habits.
